A third degree black belt in traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Khatib is more than a straight grappler. With 12 years of kickboxing behind him, he's just as able to knock you out on the feet as he is likely to tap you out on the ground. What else does "The Thrill" have going for him? "I'm a good cook," he says "and I have a hard head!" In June, Khatib fought for the Raw Combat welterweight championships, but lost by choke to Dan "The Handler" Hornbuckle.
